Do you have parking & Where are you located?

We have limited parking on the side of the building, in the alley way. 3 spots are private parking for another business and can't be parked in on weekdays. Other spots are a first come, first serve basis but you should prepare to arrive early to find parking just in case. Please be aware that parking is paid in Canmore so you'll need to take that into consideration as well. We are located in Downtown Canmore, on 6 ave, just off of main street (8th st). We are across the street from Stonewaters and beside the Bella Crusta and Rotary Park.

Do you work with acrylic?

We do not offer acrylic for our nail services. The monomer is quite potent in smell and in our cozy spa, we do not want to cause discomfort to others. We want to maintain a toxic free environment. We do offer hybrids such as acrygel and polygel. We use those for an infill on acrylic if a client needs, but since we do not offer acrylic, any clients wanting to book for a fill on acylic, will need to book under a rebalance. we offer removal of acrylic and dip powder if needed.

Why are prices so high?

Our prices are quite competitive for the area and location. Canmore has a high cost of living and in order to keep the lights on, staff paid well and supplies stocked, prices need to reflect that. We take pride in knowing we offer much more with our services than most places and so we are confident that you will get more than what you pay for. For locals, we understand luxuries are hard to enjoy and so we offer discounts for residents of the bow valley and try to accommodate their needs when we can.

Can you accommodate group bookings?

At this time, we can not. We can offer back to back services, but we understand most people want to experience these services together. Hopefully soon we can expand our team and be able to bring back double/group bookings.

Why do you need a credit card?

A credit card is required for booking any Esthetic and Massage services. Online booking will require a credit card regardless of services booked but when calling/emailing, before we can book you in, we will need that information. It doesn't happen often and we are grateful for that but the credit card on file prevents late cancellations and no shows. We value your time and we also value ours and so it is an added level of protection.

I have sensory issues, can you accomodate me?

We are a spa but also a tanning salon as well and we can get quite busy with tans as we are the only tanning salon in the bow valley. With that, the fans can be loud and may cause overstimulation. We understand that isnt too desirable if you're looking for optimal relaxation. We try to accommodate where we can, and so if needed, please tell your service provider so we may close the doors to the nail room, turn music down or offer an appointment slot outside of tanning hours.
